Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to products and services provided by Nora Pettik and P&P Art, a partnership operating in the United Kingdom.

Contact email: nora@nethomeo.com digital@nethomeo.com

Full business contact details are provided at the end of these Terms.

These Terms apply to products and services purchased, booked or accessed through nethomeo.com or through any checkout, booking system, course platform, social media platform, payment provider or other online platform used by Nora Pettik and P&P Art.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or booking.

By purchasing a product, booking a consultation or other service, registering for a workshop, accessing paid content, or confirming acceptance of these Terms at checkout, you agree to be bound by them.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

1. About Us

Nora Pettik is a qualified and insured homeopath providing individual homeopathic consultations, educational resources, courses, workshops and related services.

P&P Art is the partnership through which products and services may be provided and sold.

References to "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms mean Nora Pettik and P&P Art as applicable.

References to "you" and "your" mean the person purchasing, booking or using the relevant product or service.

2. Products and Services Covered

These Terms may apply to digital video courses, online courses, ebooks, PDFs, downloadable educational materials, recordings, live online workshops, webinars, group coaching, group programmes, communities, memberships where offered, individual educational sessions, homeopathic consultations and other related products and services.

Additional information or product-specific conditions may appear on the relevant sales page, checkout page or booking page.

Where specific terms are stated for a particular product or service, those terms form part of your agreement with us.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase our products or services.

Products designed to help parents support children are purchased by the parent, guardian or responsible adult.

Homeopathic consultations for anyone under 18 must be booked or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.

The parent or guardian is responsible for providing relevant and accurate information.

4. Prices and Payment

The price displayed at checkout or at the time of booking is the price payable for the product or service.

The currency applicable to your purchase will be shown before payment.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchases are made as one-time payments.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal or another authorised payment processor.

By completing your payment, you may also be subject to the applicable terms of the payment provider.

You are responsible for making sure that the payment information and contact details you provide are accurate.

Any applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

5. Digital Products

Digital products may include video courses, online courses, ebooks, PDFs, recordings, downloads and other educational resources.

Access may be provided immediately following payment or through an email sent to the address supplied during checkout.

You are responsible for entering a valid email address and checking your spam or junk folder if an expected access email does not arrive.

If you experience a genuine problem accessing something you have purchased, please contact digital@nethomeo.com.

6. Immediate Access to Digital Content and Cancellation Rights

Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request that access to the digital content begins immediately, during the statutory cancellation period.

You may also be asked to acknowledge that once supply of the digital content begins, you will lose your statutory right to cancel that digital content.

Where applicable law requires this express consent and acknowledgement, immediate access will be supplied on this basis.

If the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer rights available to you.

7. Refunds for Digital Products

Except where required by law, sales of digital products are final once access to the digital content has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement.

We do not normally provide a refund because you change your mind, decide that you no longer need the product, do not complete the course, do not use the materials or do not achieve the outcome you hoped for.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If digital content is faulty, materially different from its description, cannot be supplied as agreed, or you otherwise have a statutory right to a remedy, those rights remain fully protected.

8. Lifetime Access

Where a product is sold as including lifetime access, this means access for the lifetime of that specific product offering.

It does not mean your personal lifetime and does not constitute a guarantee that a particular website, hosting service or technology will remain available permanently.

We may move a course or other product to a different hosting platform.

Where reasonably possible, existing eligible customers will be given continued access to the content they purchased.

We may update, reorganise, improve or add to an existing product.

An entirely new course, substantially redesigned programme, advanced edition or separately marketed successor product does not automatically form part of an earlier purchase unless we specifically state otherwise.

If a lifetime-access product is permanently discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable notice or an alternative reasonable means of retaining access to relevant purchased materials where practicable.

9. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, compatible device, current browser and any software reasonably required to access the product.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, browser or software configuration.

Temporary interruption caused by maintenance, hosting providers, internet services, third-party platforms or circumstances outside our reasonable control does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

If an access problem is caused by us, please contact digital@nethomeo.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

10. Educational Nature of Courses and Materials

Our courses, videos, ebooks, PDFs, workshops, social media educational content and other general educational materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.

Nora Pettik is a qualified and insured homeopath.

However, purchasing or viewing general educational content does not create an individual practitioner-client relationship.

A course, ebook, workshop or other general educational resource is not an individual homeopathic consultation.

It does not provide an individual diagnosis or personalised medical advice.

Homeopathy is individualised. A remedy, approach or example discussed in educational material may not be appropriate for every person or every situation.

You remain responsible for deciding when individual professional assessment or medical care is required.

11. Homeopathy and Medical Care

Homeopathy may be used alongside conventional healthcare.

Our courses and general educational materials are not intended to instruct you to stop medication prescribed by a doctor or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Do not stop or change prescribed medication without discussing this with the healthcare professional responsible for your care.

Homeopathy and our educational products are not substitutes for emergency medical care, medical diagnosis or necessary conventional medical treatment.

If you believe that you or another person requires urgent medical attention, contact the appropriate healthcare or emergency service.

We do not provide an emergency medical service.

12. Results

Every person and situation is different.

We do not guarantee that a particular homeopathic remedy, consultation, educational method, course, workshop or programme will produce a particular result.

Testimonials, case examples and individual experiences are provided for educational or illustrative purposes.

They should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another person will experience the same result.

13. Individual Homeopathic Consultations

A separately booked homeopathic consultation creates a practitioner-client relationship for the purpose of that consultation and any agreed follow-up care.

Homeopathic prescribing is individualised and is based on the information available during the consultation and subsequent communications.

You are responsible for providing information that is as complete and accurate as reasonably possible.

You should inform Nora Pettik of relevant changes in symptoms, medication, diagnoses or circumstances where these may affect your homeopathic case.

Additional information, photographs, medical information or other relevant details may occasionally be requested.

14. Booking Consultations

When booking an online consultation, please make sure you have selected the correct appointment time and time zone.

Nora Pettik is based in the United Kingdom and may be working in a different time zone from you.

The consultation will normally take place at the scheduled time.

For video consultations, you will usually receive information or a link to join the meeting.

Please check your email before your appointment.

If the planned technology does not work, another reasonable communication method may be used where practical.

15. Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your consultation, the appointment will normally still finish at its original scheduled time so that subsequent appointments are not affected.

The full consultation fee remains payable.

16. Consultation Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full appointment rate.

This policy does not remove any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your booking.

Where you expressly request that a service begins during a statutory cancellation period, any cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

17. Clients Under 18

For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book or authorise the consultation and consent to the processing of relevant information.

The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring that information provided is accurate and current.

Depending on the child's age, maturity and circumstances, the child or young person may also be involved in discussions about their care and privacy where appropriate.

18. Contact Between Consultations

Follow-up communication between consultations may be used where appropriate.

Nora may request an email update following a remedy or consultation.

Messages and emails are not monitored continuously and must not be used for medical emergencies.

Where a new acute problem or substantially different issue requires individual assessment, you may be asked to book an acute consultation or another appointment.

19. Homeopathic Remedies and Pharmacies

Following an individual homeopathic consultation, Nora may provide information about the remedy selected and where it may be obtained.

You are free to obtain homeopathic products from another supplier if you prefer.

Any pharmacy, retailer or manufacturer is an independent third party and is responsible for its own products, fulfilment, quality control, terms and services.

20. Acute and First Aid Homeopathy

Acute homeopathy and first aid situations may be discussed during individual consultations, courses or educational programmes.

A separate acute consultation may be recommended where individual assessment is required.

General educational information about acute homeopathy does not replace appropriate medical assessment.

If symptoms are severe, unusual, rapidly worsening, persistent or potentially urgent, seek appropriate medical care.

21. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, our course videos, recordings, PDFs, ebooks, written materials, worksheets, downloads, graphics, photographs, audio, branding and other original content remain our intellectual property or are used with appropriate permission.

Purchasing a product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use it for your own personal educational purposes.

Ownership of the content is not transferred to you.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, licence, distribute, upload, share publicly or commercially teach from our paid materials without prior written permission.

You may not share your course login details or purchased materials with another person unless a particular product expressly includes shared or family access.

You may make normal personal notes for your own use.

22. Artificial Intelligence, Voice and Likeness

You may not use our proprietary course content, videos, photographs, recordings, voice or likeness to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems without written permission.

You may not use Nora Pettik's image, video or voice to create deepfakes, synthetic voice recordings, synthetic video or other content that falsely suggests that Nora created, said, approved or endorsed something.

You may not use AI or automated systems to reproduce, redistribute or create commercial derivative versions of our paid content without permission.

23. Live Workshops, Webinars and Group Programmes

Live workshops, webinars, group coaching and other live programmes may take place through third-party video or community platforms.

Dates, times, access periods and the availability of recordings or replays will be stated on the relevant sales or registration page where applicable.

Participation in a live session does not guarantee individual advice or an individual homeopathic assessment unless this is specifically included in the product or service purchased.

We may remove a participant who seriously disrupts a session, behaves abusively or threateningly, violates another participant's privacy or distributes proprietary content without permission.

Any such decision will be made reasonably in the circumstances.

24. Communities and Private Groups

Some products may include access to a private Facebook group, forum, chat group or other community.

You are responsible for information that you choose to share in a group environment.

Please do not share another person's private or confidential information without their permission.

Comments, recommendations and experiences shared by other group members represent their own views and should not automatically be treated as professional advice from Nora Pettik or P&P Art.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, misleading, excessively promotional, seriously disruptive or infringes another person's rights or privacy.

25. Consultation Recordings

Some consultations may be recorded for purposes such as clinical note taking or record keeping.

A consultation will only be recorded with appropriate permission.

You may decline recording without this preventing you from receiving a consultation.

Where a recording, transcript or summary forms part of the clinical record, it may be retained in accordance with applicable professional, legal and data protection requirements.

26. Confidentiality

Information discussed during an individual consultation is treated as confidential.

It will not normally be disclosed to another person without your permission.

Information may be disclosed where required by law or where another lawful basis for disclosure exists, including certain safeguarding situations or circumstances involving serious risk to life or safety.

Where you ask Nora to communicate with another healthcare professional or relevant person, appropriate information may be shared with your consent.

27. Personal Information and Health Records

Personal information may be collected and processed for purposes including providing consultations and services, processing purchases, delivering products, maintaining clinical records, communicating with clients and customers, meeting professional obligations and complying with legal requirements.

Health information is sensitive personal information and requires particular care.

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 where applicable.

Information may be processed using appropriate third-party providers, including booking systems, payment processors, email services, course platforms, video services and secure cloud-based systems.

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom.

Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards will be used where required by applicable data protection law.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information, although no internet-based or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Further information about how personal information is processed is provided in our Privacy Policy.

28. Clinical Notes and Technology

Clinical records may be retained for an appropriate period having regard to professional obligations, insurance requirements and applicable law.

Digital tools may be used to assist with administration, transcription, organisation of notes or case analysis.

Where appropriate, information used with AI-based tools will be anonymised or pseudonymised, and direct identifiers such as names, email addresses and contact details will be removed wherever reasonably possible.

Use of technology does not remove our responsibility to handle client information appropriately and confidentially.

29. Email Communications

We may email you about your purchase, account, booking, consultation, follow-up, course access, prescription or other matters necessary to provide the product or service you requested.

Where permitted by applicable law and your communication preferences, we may also send information about homeopathy, educational resources, courses, workshops and related services.

Marketing emails will include an appropriate way to unsubscribe.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional, appointment or service-related messages.

30. SMS and Text Messages

We may offer optional SMS or text messaging services in the future.

Where consent is required for marketing messages, these will only be sent in accordance with applicable privacy and electronic marketing requirements.

Consent to receive marketing text messages will not be a condition of purchasing a product unless communication by text is genuinely necessary for that particular service.

Where SMS marketing is offered, an appropriate way to opt out will be provided.

31. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website, consultations, products and educational resources may refer or link to pharmacies, books, software, products, websites, professionals, healthcare resources or other third-party services.

These third parties operate independently and have their own terms, privacy practices and responsibilities.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, security or actions of independent third-party services.

Where an affiliate relationship exists, this will be disclosed where required.

32. Testimonials and Case Examples

Testimonials, reviews and case examples reflect individual experiences.

They do not guarantee similar results.

Where client information is used publicly, appropriate permission will be obtained or identifying information will be removed as appropriate.

Testimonials may be shortened or edited for clarity provided that the meaning of the person's feedback is not materially changed.

33. Availability and Changes to Products

We may update course content, videos, PDFs, downloads, delivery systems or supporting materials from time to time.

We may change the platform used to deliver or host a product.

A product may occasionally be discontinued where reasonably necessary.

Where lifetime access has been promised, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve access or provide a reasonable alternative in accordance with Section 8.

Any changes remain subject to your statutory consumer rights.

34. Changes to Live Services

Occasionally a consultation, live workshop, webinar or group session may need to be changed or rescheduled because of illness, technical difficulties, emergencies or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where we cancel a paid live service and cannot provide the service or a reasonable alternative, we will provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

35. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control.

This may include significant internet or hosting failures, natural disasters, serious illness, government restrictions, war, civil disturbance, cyber incidents, widespread service outages or failure of essential third-party infrastructure.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

36. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use general educational information and for deciding when individual professional or medical advice is required.

During an individual consultation, you are responsible for providing information that is as complete and accurate as reasonably possible.

You remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical assessment where symptoms or circumstances require it.

Our courses are intended to improve knowledge and confidence. They do not guarantee that every illness or situation can or should be managed without professional medical support.

37. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

Subject to these rights and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms removes your legal rights relating to services that must be provided with reasonable care and skill or digital content that must meet applicable statutory standards.

38. Misuse and Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to a product, service or community following a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

This may include unauthorised resale or distribution of paid content, serious intellectual property infringement, fraud, harassment, threats, deliberate attempts to compromise our systems or serious misuse of a private community.

Where appropriate, the seriousness and circumstances of the breach will be considered before access is terminated.

Termination for misuse does not remove statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

39. Complaints

If you have a concern about a purchase, product or service, please contact us at:
nora@nethomeo.com or

digital@nethomeo.com

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the purchase or booking and understand the problem.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate complaints directly.

Nothing in this complaints process prevents you from exercising any statutory consumer rights available to you.

40. International Customers

Our products and services may be available to customers outside the United Kingdom.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

However, mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in the country where you live may still apply and are not excluded by these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing or using our products is lawful in your location.

41. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the contractual relationship between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in another applicable jurisdiction.

42. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, technology, business practices or legal requirements.

The version in effect when you make a purchase will normally govern that purchase unless a later change is required by law or you expressly agree to it.

Where appropriate, material changes affecting an ongoing service will be communicated to affected customers.

The current version will be published on our website with its effective date.

43. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

44. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any product-specific information or conditions shown on the relevant sales page, checkout page or booking page and our applicable privacy information, form the agreement relating to the relevant purchase or service.

Nothing in this section excludes information or representations that applicable consumer law requires to form part of the contract.

45. Acceptance

By completing a purchase, booking a service or accessing a paid product after agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read and understand them.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
